PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

All our products use natural materials, of which some are handmade by British Artisans therefore sometimes slight imperfections are apparent and there may be natural blemishes or variations in colour. None of these should be taken as flaws; they are what make each product unique. By purchasing one of our products you agree with this disclaimer.

We try to ensure that our pictures and descriptions best fit our products. However, they are a general description and so whilst it represents the product, we cannot accept any responsibility if colours may appear differently depending on what screen you are viewing it through.

Our fabrics have a minimum of 75% natural fibre content i.e wool, cotton, silk, or other cellulose fibre, paper.

RETURNS

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable

CANCELLING AN ORDER

You have the right to cancel your order, however if the order has already been processed and shipped by us, you will need to follow the standard returns procedure.
